The company needs to recruit  General Accountant – Finance Department  with the following specific contents:

I.  General Information

Direct management level:  Director of the Department

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Planning, organizing, implementing, managing, operating, controlling, reporting
– Directing the collection, processing of information, and accounting data of detailed accountants.
– Check accounts, accounting for arising operations, balance between books and documents. Responsible before the law for the accounting regime, ensuring accuracy, honesty and timeliness.
– Check the balance between detailed and general accounting data.
– Accounting costs, revenue, VAT, depreciation, debt, fixed assets, intangible assets,… and tax reporting, tax finalization.
– Monitor and manage receivables and payables.
– Instructions for handling and accounting accounting operations.
– Check the use of capital, materials, and fixed assets throughout the Company regularly and periodically according to regulations.
– Coordinate to control construction investment costs.
– Recommendations and proposals to improve accounting methods and reporting regimes.
– Statistics and synthesis of accounting data when required.
– Prepare financial reports, business results, monthly, quarterly/unscheduled balance sheets and provide detailed explanations to the Head, Deputy Head and tax authorities.2. Evaluate the capacity and work efficiency of employees
– Evaluate the working capacity of detailed accountants.
– Evaluate monthly, quarterly and annual performance results3. Coaching, training and development of personnel
– Directly or indirectly coaching and training staff in the Finance Department.
– Propose and coordinate recruitment and staffing.

4. Other work
– Perform other work as requested by direct manager
– Participate in the company’s corporate cultural activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum qualifications:
– University graduate majoring in Finance, Accounting, Auditing.2. Professional knowledge:
– Have accounting professional capacity, ability to synthesize and master accounting regime.
– Master the regimes, policies, and state regulations on economics, finance, taxes, and regimes for employees…3. Necessary skills:
– Foreign language skills: Priority is given to candidates with elementary level English or higher.
– Office information technology: Proficient in using Microsoft office information technology software and Misa accounting software.
– Other skills:

4. Experience (years)
– Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar position.
